We are located in Middletown, Delaware, but also have a presence in California.  Our on-site field service engineers can come to you in the 48 continuous United States.  Rithum’s customers sites span the world using US State Department guidelines!  Support is provided through the following media: video, phone, and email.   Every instrument that we sell comes with a video camera included to enable visual support when needed.  We also provide video systems for instruments that we have under support contract that we have not sold to you, that is included with your service contract  We also offer Depot service for microplate instruments with a 30 day turnaround.

Our HelpDesk support systems allow clients to submit issues and questions 24/7/365 and track the status — via email, phone, or HelpDesk customer portal. A Rithum representative will make contact using the submitted information within 24 hours (excluding federal holidays) of receipt of the ticket to begin troubleshooting. 

We have a vast inventory of parts in our warehouses on both the east and west continuous US coasts to facilitate an expedited repair.
